Charlie is an independent photographer based in London specialising in food, food-lifestyle and food and drink, shooting for a range of editorial, pr and marketing, packaging and advertising clients. Charlie works in both the UK and abroad.

After being shown transparencies at a young age of his dad’s travels in the 1960’s through India and Afghanistan, Charlie developed a fascination in photography.

With a strong interest in travel, foreign culture, language and cuisine, Charlie works for a range of editorial, pr and marketing, packaging and advertising clients in both the UK and abroad, shooting a mixture of daylight, flash and constant lighting, to produce clean, crisp, fresh and naturally lit images. He’s also equally as comfortable shooting on location, working quickly in technically demanding situations.

His continuing interest in the environment following his Masters in Biological Photography has led to Charlie pursuing personal projects on food production and the positive and negative impacts it has on local habitats and ecosystems.

An A3 printed portfolio and iPad portfolio are both available on request.
