2009 finished quietly and ended with a bang….
in december, normally relatively quiet where I would take the opportunity to get away and travel, Cuba being last year’s destination for a month, I had a new shoot for Delicious Magazine, due to be published in march. It was then all about organising shoots for the New Year with an advertising job and Essentials Magazine the first week back after the break
after Christmas with the family I flew to Basel and the Black Forest once again for a few days of cross-country skiing and New Year in Freiburg spent with Meli and her brothers, which was both incredible and insane, ending up at midnight on fire and dodging fireworks – as you can probably tell I didn’t dodge so well.
the Black Forest still fascinates me – it is a truly beautiful place with dark, primeval forest, rolling hills, mist and swathes of wind turbines in the distance. I will take my camera some time soon.
2010 shall be all about being busy with any luck! Happy New Year everyone x
